Workshops
Creative Bookmaking
This one day workshop teaches a variety of basic bookmaking techniques including sewn, accordion-fold, and Japanese side stitch bindings. Take home handmade samples and lots of ideas and resources. Bring collage materials, but other papers and tools will be provided.

Hardcover Sketchbooks
This a one day workshop that teaches the ancient Coptic binding. It can be used to make hard cover sketchbooks for drawing with pencil, pen and ink, and watercolor. Students will be asked to bring several sheets of their favorite sketching or watercolor paper, but all other materials and tools are provided.

Classes
Watercolor Classes
I teach six-week classes in watercolor painting. The classes are designed for:
- beginning students who want to learn basic watercolor painting tecniques,
- intermediate and advanced students who are interested in more advanced techniques,
- and artists who want to learn about the presentation and exhibition of watercolors by participating in our annual exhibit.
Each session is structured around a theme, but students are welcome to bring paintings they want to work on for critique and/or instruction. The cost is $100 for a 6-week session. Drop-in students are welcome at $35 per session. Please let me know in advance if you want to drop in.
